Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your ZestFindz account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains what gets deleted, what we may need to retain for legal reasons, and how to submit a request from the app or the web.
Request deletion from the ZestFindz app
- Open the ZestFindz app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile › Help & Support.
- Select Delete my account and confirm the request.
- You will receive an email confirming that your request has been received.
Request deletion from the web
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request by email from the address registered with your account to:
Please use the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include:
- Full name on the account
- Registered email address and/or phone number
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request. Verified requests are typically processed within 30 days.
What data is deleted
On approval of your request, we delete the following data linked to your account:
- Profile details (name, email, phone number, gender, date of birth)
- Saved addresses
- Wishlist, cart, recently viewed and product reviews
- Saved payment instruments and tokens held by us
- Notification, marketing and communication preferences
- Device identifiers, app usage events and session data tied to your account
- ZestCoins balance and referral data
What data we may retain
Some information may be retained for a limited period after account deletion to comply with our legal, tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations. This includes:
- Order, invoice, payment and shipping records (retained as required under tax and accounting laws, typically up to 8 years)
- Records needed to resolve disputes, refunds, returns or claims raised before deletion
- Information needed to detect, prevent or investigate fraud, security incidents or abuse
- Anonymised or aggregated data that no longer identifies you
Retained records are kept securely and are not used for marketing.
What happens after deletion
- You will be signed out from all devices and the account will no longer be accessible.
- Any unused ZestCoins, coupons or store credit will be forfeited and cannot be restored.
- Active orders will continue to be fulfilled. Cancel any pending orders before requesting deletion if you do not want them shipped.
- To use ZestFindz again you will need to register a fresh account.
